Arts in the Park
Enjoy an afternoon with family and friends at Arts in the Park! Taking place at Rob Fleming Park, attendees can shop a variety of vendors selling original artwork, participate in fun activities and enjoy live performances.

Concert in the Park Series
Enjoy an evening of music in one of the The Woodlands' premiere parks! The Concert in the Park Series features FREE concerts that are held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at
Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381. Blankets, lawn chairs, coolers and pets are permitted.

Camp Terramont
Camp under the stars at Camp Terramont! This great family event at Terramont Park allows area residents to come out and enjoy a fun evening of camping and make lasting memories. Not only will there be traditional camping favorites such as a campfire and s’mores, there are activities for people of all ages.

Creekside Campout
The Woodlands Parks and Recreation Department wants to help you and your family get reconnected with nature at the annual Creekside Campout at the Lodge at Rob Fleming Park

Dive-in Movie Series
Bring your pool float and beat the heat! During the summer months, The Woodlands Parks and Recreation Department presents the Dive-In Movie Series. Residents can enjoy one of our beautiful pools while watching a movie with friends, family and neighbors. 
  
Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands
Relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor at Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands at Waterway Square! Featuring two evenings of live music, children’s activities, strolling entertainers and fireworks, Labor Day Weekend in The Woodlands provides an exciting night out for all ages.
 
Lighting of the Doves and iWOW
The Lighting of the Doves Festival is a long-standing tradition in The Woodlands that signifies the start of the holiday season in the community. The doves illuminate The Woodlands Town Center; symbolizing hope and peace for the holidays. International Winter on The Waterway (iWOW) showcases the cultural diversity of The Woodlands, allowing residents and visitors alike to share the rich culture in holiday traditions celebrated around the world. Lighting of the Doves and iWOW occur in conjunction with one another featuring games, vendor booths, international foods and performances on three stages and a special appearance by Santa Claus arriving by sleigh down The Woodlands Waterway and a fireworks display at Town Green Park.

Live at Night
Enjoy live music by local and regional performers in the picturesque setting of Waterway Square at Live at Night. Taking place in the spring and fall, Live at Night makes for an eventful night out in The Woodlands Town Center.
Memorial Day Weekend in The Woodlands
All are invited to celebrate Memorial Day Weekend in The Woodlands and honor our fallen heroes, as well as those who have served in the military. The two-day festival features live music, children’s activities, strolling entertainers and more at Town Green Park. Each evening concludes with a dazzling fireworks display choreographed to a patriotic soundtrack.
 
Red, Hot & Blue Festival 
Celebrate freedom in The Woodlands this 4th of July with vendor booths, great food, children’s activities and entertainment on multiple stages! This community-wide celebration offers fun for all ages. The event culminates with one of the largest fireworks displays in the Greater Houston area. The Fireworks Extravaganza features a 20+ minute fireworks display over The Woodlands Town Center.

Rock the Row
Experience The Woodlands’ newest mixed-use development on scenic Lake Woodlands with live music Thursday evenings at Hughes Landing! Rock the Row features local and regional bands playing a variety of favorites from classic rock and pop to motown during the summer and fall.

The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center 
As the largest outdoor seasonal ice skating rink in the Southwest United States, The Ice Rink at The Woodlands Town Center operates from mid-November to mid-January. Attracting over 50,000 skaters each season and over 100,000 visitors from surrounding areas, The Ice Rink is a highly anticipated seasonal experience.

The Woodlands Winter Wonderland
Surrounding The Woodlands Ice Rink, The Woodlands Winter Wonderland adds to the festive atmosphere in The Woodlands, illuminating Town Center during the holiday season. This alluring light display provides an amazing showcase of colorful holiday lights and storybook displays.

Township Signature Races
Enjoy the thrill and competition of participating in sports events from triathlons to trail running. The majority of people do not enter these races to win, but to set a personal goal and achieve it. The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department produces three signature races in the community: TWFG Muddy Trails Bash, CB&I TRI - The Woodlands Triathlon and the Memorial Hermann 10 For Texas.

Trick or Treat Trail
Calling all princesses, pirates, ghosts and goblins! Enjoy games, costume contests, inflatables, activities and more at the annual community-favorite Trick or Treat Trail. This spook-tacular celebration features more than 30 local vendors with goodies for the kids, plus great strolling entertainment. 
 
Waterway Nights
Kick back this summer with great live music at Waterway Nights! Each Saturday evening in June will feature live music, strolling entertainers and an awe-inspiring fireworks display at Waterway Square.
