The Woodlands Township Three Signature Races

Competitive Sports Events in The Woodlands

Enjoy the thrill and competition of participating in sports events from triathlons to trail running. The majority of people do not enter these races to win, but to set a personal goal and achieve it. The following races are produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department.

The Woodlands Township three signature races benefits programs and services offered through The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department. The Woodlands Township Recreation Center was constructed in 1993 to serve The Woodlands through programs, promotion of health and well-being of residents and visitors, and to provide a facility that did not limit involvement due to cost. Since its opening, The Woodlands Township Recreation Center has served the community through recreation program scholarships and promotion of other not-for-profit groups.
