Watch Talk Wednesday to focus on emergency preparedness

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (June 23, 2014) – The Woodlands Township, Neighborhood Services staff members will present Get Ready, The Woodlands! at Watch Talk Wednesday on June 25, 2014, from noon to 1 p.m. Watch Talk Wednesday is held at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, in Public Meeting Rooms 150 and 152. Residents should use the Meeting Rooms/Board Chambers entrance on the left/west side of the building.

This forum gives residents the opportunity to learn about a how to prepare for a hurricane or any emergency. There will be tips and ideas for the whole family, and an emergency document bag and handouts will be given out to help with the process.

A program of The Woodlands Township, Watch Talk Wednesday is a free monthly series that provides residents with information on crime prevention practices and resources, as well as general safety information. Light refreshments will be provided by H-E-B.
