THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (August 4, 2014) –– Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the villages of Indian Springs and Cochran’s Crossing. Volunteers must reside in the village of Indian Springs east of Falconwing Drive or the village of Cochran’s Crossing in order to serve on the committee.
Resident property owners who are able to meet on the second Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. may call or stop by The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, to obtain an application. Applications are also available online www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov. Filing for the positions ends on August 28, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.
The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.
