Responsibilities
The Finance Director plans, organizes, directs and controls the finance and administration department. She is responsible for the financial management of The Woodlands Township and provides direct leadership to:

• Financial Services Manager
• Accounting Manager
• Records Management Officer
• Sales Tax Compliance Officer
• Human Resources Manager

This position is responsible for providing leadership to the Investment Committee and prepares and presents a monthly financial activity report of The Woodlands Township to the Board of Directors.
