The Assistant General Manager for Finance and Administration plans, organizes and directs the finance and administration division, including oversight of the Township's annual budget process. She is responsible for the financial management of The Woodlands Township and provides direct leadership to:
- Financial Services Manager
- Accounting Manager
- Records Management Officer
- Sales Tax Compliance Officer
This position is responsible for providing leadership to the Investment and Audit Committees and prepares and presents a monthly financial activity report of The Woodlands Township to the Board of Directors.
