To request delivery of a trash cart and recycling bin for new construction, report a missed pick-up or schedule a bulky trash pick-up, contact Waste Management directly at 800-800-5804 or via email. For resale homes, trash service transfers automatically to the new resident. To report unsolved service issues, please call Environmental Services at 281-210-3900.
