Grogan's Mill Road/Lane Closures
- All southbound lanes from Woodlands Parkway to S. Millbend will be closed and re-routed starting Wednesday, October 2, 2013 through approximately January of 2014 for the installation of the SJRA GRP Waterline and replacement of concrete paving.
- Beginning Monday, October 7, a single, rolling lane closure will begin between Research Forest Dr. and Woodlands Parkway. Inside north and southbound lanes will be closed for construction of temporary traffic control devices and median detour pavement as part of construction for the SJRA GRP Waterline.
- Beginning Thursday, January 2, southbound lanes between Research Forest Dr. and Woodlands Parkway will be diverted to the northbound side of the road leaving one lane of traffic each way. This measure is being done for construction of the SJRA GRP Waterline and replacement of concrete paving. This project is expected to be complete in April 2014.
- At Lake Robbins Drive, the right hand eastbound lane between Six Pines and Grogan’s Mill Rd. will be closed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. while contractors for the San Jacinto River Authority replace a section of sanitary force main.
