April 20, 2018: #TheWoodlandsExpress using HTR for FRI ops - IH-45N HOV remains closed - MVA cleanup

April 20, 2018 - After a big-rig fire this morning on IH-45N near SH-249/Mt. Houston Rd., all southbound mainlanes remain closed in the area. Houston TranStar indicates the IH-45N HOV lane is closed to operations until at least 3:00 PM. As a result, the Woodlands Express will use the Hardy Toll Rd. for operations the rest of the day. Schedules are unaffected but delays are possible due to increased traffic volumes.
