Enjoy a day out with family and friends at Rob Fleming Park! Grab a bite to eat at the food trucks and take a stroll back to Renaissance times while enjoying musical and theatre performances at The Woodlands Renaissance Faire!

Event Schedule
Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Arts in the park presents The Woodlands Renaissance Faire will feature live musical and theater performances by local artists and The Woodlands Symphony Orchestra players. Other activities include children's arts and crafts, face painting, local vendors, strolling entertainment, Renaissance themed youth and adult costume contests and much more!

4:30 p.m.
 - Medieval Combat Demonstration with Society for Creative Anachronisms
4:45 p.m.
- Meet the Strolling Entertainers 
5 p.m. - The History of Heralding with Darryl Bayer from The Woodlands Symphony 
5:30 p.m. - Learn to Drum with Let Them Drum 
5:45 p.m. - Medieval Combat Demonstration with Society for Creative Anachronisms 
6 p.m. - Woodlands Area Youth Symphony Concert 
6:30 p.m. - Renaissance Costume Contests 
7 p.m. - The Woodlands Woodwinds from The Woodlands Symphony 
7:45 p.m. - Bagpipe Demonstration 
8 p.m. - The Woodlands Brass from The Woodlands Symphony 
8:50 p.m.  - Closing Ceremony 


Renaissance Costume Contests 
  • There will be two Costume Contests categories: Children (12 and under) and Adult (13 and older)
  • Costume Contests will take place at 6:30 p.m. 
  • There will be a maximum of 25 participants per contest. 
  • Participants will receive a number in the Costume Contest Corral and wear it until the end of the contest.
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top costume per contest (Children and Adult).

Limited space is available. Applications are due Friday, September 16, 2022. Download the 2022 Vendor Application & AgreementPlease note - We have reached our maximum for frozen treat vendors. All food vendors must have an existing Annual permit from Harris County Health Department. 

Parking
Parking will be available at Creekside Forest Elementary School, via Creekside Green Drive, as well as the Trail Head to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve, Rob Fleming Aquatic Center and the pond adjacent to Rob Fleming Park. Parking along Creekside Forest Drive is strongly discouraged.


Coolers, picnic baskets, blankets and lawn chairs are permitted. Glass is prohibited.
