Montgomery County COVID-19 Voucher UpdateMontgomery County Public Health District, in conjunction with Montgomery County Hospital District, is announcing the end of the COVID-19 voucher program for Montgomery County residents. Since the beginning of the program, they are proud to say approximately 10,000 residents were issued vouchers using the program funded by grants obtained by both MCPHD and MCHD.
With the budget for testing nearing fulfillment, the last day to request a voucher through MCPHD or MCHD will be this Wednesday, November 11, 2020. To request a voucher, click on “Need to be tested?” on mchd-tx.org or mcphd-tx.org and follow the instructions. Montgomery County COVID-19 Case Count November 10, 2020In reference to the daily COVID-19 update, Montgomery County Public Health District (MCPHD) is undergoing a database upgrade and hopes to return to daily updates on Thursday, November 12, 2020. They are pleased to be joining health departments all over the state in using Texas Health Trace, which will allow them to more easily share data with The Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and enlist their assistance with any spikes in COVID-19 cases that may occur.
Please remember to: wash your hands, disinfect surfaces, stay 6 feet away from others, avoid crowds, and wear a mask.

The Village of Creekside Park is located in two zip codes: 77375 and 77389, and these also include Magnolia, Augusta Pines/Auburn Lakes/West Rayford Road in northwest Harris County. Today, Harris County is reporting zip code 77375 has 1,475 confirmed positive cases with 163 active cases, and 77389 has 760 confirmed positive cases with 64 active cases.

Community Help Expo: Navigating Behavior Health and SuicideThe Community Help Expo is designed to bring awareness to mental health issues while also connecting the citizens of Montgomery County to their local mental health resources. The expo is set for November 12, 2020 from 1 to 8 p.m. and is free and open to the public. It will be held at the Lone Star Convention and Expo Center in Conroe (9055 Airport Road). The expo will feature presentations, panel discussions, keynote speaker Kevin Hines and an art exhibit. Register in advance for in-person or virtual attendance.
