THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (September 29, 2023) – The Woodlands Express announces exciting changes to help alleviate ridership during peak commute times. The new schedules are in response to feedback received from passengers, as well as ridership data collected over the last few months.

The new schedule, effective starting Monday, October 2, 2023, will have The Woodlands Express providing an additional morning run from Sterling Ridge Park and Ride to downtown with a 7 a.m. departure time, as well as an additional afternoon run departing from downtown to Sterling Ridge Park and Ride at 3:45 p.m.  

Please note that the Township will be rescheduling the run from downtown to Research Park and Ride from a 3:55 p.m. departure time to a 3:40 p.m. departure time and will be cancelling the 5:45 p.m. departure run from Greenway Plaza to Sawdust Park and Ride due to low ridership, reallocating these resources to peak demand times.
