Residents in The Woodlands can celebrate America’s Independence with a variety of festivities on Monday, July 4, 2022. In addition to Red, Hot & Pool, live music and strolling entertainment at multiple locations, the Township will be producing the Fireworks Extravaganza in a controlled setting. Fourth of July Parade, Star-Spangled Salute

On Sunday, July 3, 2022, enjoy the annual Star-Spangled Salute free concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion which features the Houston Symphony performing a selection of patriotic favorites.

The Woodlands Township Closed for the Holiday

Township Offices Closed on Monday, July 4, 2022

The Woodlands Township offices will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022. The Woodlands Express will not be in operation. The Town Center Trolleys will operate a normal schedule with extended hours until 11 p.m. to support the Red, Hot & Blue event. Regular business hours and operations will resume throughout the Township on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. The Woodlands Township wishes you a safe and happy Fourth of July!

Solid Waste Services Not Impacted by Holiday

The Woodlands Township reminds residents that all solid waste services in the community will occur as usual over the Fourth of July holiday. There will be no interruption or delay of trash, recycling or yard trimmings services due to the holiday. Services will be provided on regular service days, including Monday, July 4, 2022. READ MORE

The Woodlands Township is preparing to conduct its biennial resident survey in order to gauge resident opinions and perceptions of services provided by The Woodlands Township.
