Board Holds Regular Meeting

On Thursday, June 22, 2017, The Woodlands Township Board of Directors held a regular meeting and addressed a variety of topics, including commendations for the Township’s financial reporting, reducing the Township’s carbon footprint, continuing the Cultural Arts Feasibility Study and adopting Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a paid Township holiday. The Board also heard an emergency preparedness presentation from Fire Chief Alan B. Benson. The Board of Directors will hold another regular meeting Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at 6 p.m. at Township Town Hall. The popular Sunny Dayz Camps for children ages 6 to 12 now has a new second location at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park.
