Join Us for the Community Safety Expo: A Hometown Salute to Harvey Heroes & Volunteers

Residents are invited to learn more about safety while honoring the first responders of Hurricane Harvey at the Community Safety Expo: A Hometown Salute to Harvey Heroes & Volunteers on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from noon to 3 p.m. at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive. In addition to honoring hometown heroes, the Community Safety Expo will feature food, live music provided by the Texas Joe Bailey band and public safety demonstrations for the entire community! Board to Hold Regular Meeting

The Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 4 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Township Town Hall and the public is invited to attend. Agendas, minutes and videos of Board meetings can be found on the Township website. READ ON

Storm Recovery Updates

Recovery continues around The Woodlands. Residents are encouraged to follow Township social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or check the Harvey archive on the website for updates.

Aerial Mosquito Spraying
Due to the increase in mosquito populations post-flooding, the State and Federal Government are conducting aerial spraying in Harris, Montgomery and Liberty Counties between September 14 and September 20, weather permitting. The Woodlands Township will be sprayed over a course of 2 to 4 days sometime within this period. READ ON
