Filing for February elections begins Thursday, December 28, 2017

Are you interested in serving the community? More than 100 positions will be up for election in February to serve on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees and the Village Associations. Filing for all of these positions begins Thursday, December 28, 2017, and ends Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 5 p.m., for the February 2018 election. No forms will be accepted after the 5 p.m. deadline. READ ON

Don't Miss the Gorilla Hole Luau Tonight

Take some time to monkey around and have a blast with friends tonight from 7 - 9:45 p.m. at The Recreation Center at Bear Branch Park! Gorilla Hole is a Friday evening activity for 5th and 6th graders. Kids can hang out with old and new friends while making memories. READ ON

Embrace Your Inner 'Elf' at Movie in the Park

Sit back, relax and enjoy the classic movie, Elf, on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 7 p.m. at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive. Take photos with Santa and create your very own specialty popcorn for the movie! Be sure to bring chairs and blankets. Fee is $30 for family of four, $8 per person. Registration is required. READ ON

Skate into the Season at the Ice Rink
The Woodlands Township invites the community to visit The Ice Rink! The Ice Rink is open daily until January 15, 2018, and is located at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, 77380, near the north gate entry of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and the intersection of Lake Robbins Drive and Six Pines Drive. The Spring 2018 Action Guide is Now Online
The Spring 2018 Action Guide is now available on the Township website. The Action Guide is full of fun and excitement for all ages. Sport leagues, tennis, fitness, races, and a full array of classes are just some of the programs listed in the Action Guide. A hard copy of the Action Guide will appear in the January 2018 issue of The Woodlands Community Magazine. Registration is open now. READ ON
