Incorporation Planning Study Public Forum

The Board of Directors invites all interested residents to an Incorporation Planning Study Public Forum on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott. The Woodlands Township Incorporation Study consultants will provide a recap of studies to date such as the best practices analysis, law enforcement analysis, street condition analysis, a review of municipal utility district (MUD) operations and public feedback received to date. Township to host Patriot Day, First Responders Day

The Woodlands Township and the Township Board of Directors will host two ceremonies in honor of the fallen and in recognition of first responders on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. The community is invited to attend both events. The Patriot Day of Remembrance will be from 7:30 to 8 a.m. at Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogan’s Mill Road. First Responders Day in The Woodlands will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Town Green Park, 2099 Lake Robbins Drive. Arts in the Park Art Contest

Calling all artists ages 18 and under! Create your own Shakespeare-inspired masterpiece and enter the inaugural Art Contest at Arts in the Park. Submissions will be on display at the event on Saturday, September 22, 2018, and winners from each category will be recognized on stage during the festival. Submit your artwork, entry form and participant waiver by Friday, September 14, 2018, for a chance to win a prize! READ ON
