Incorporation Updates

At the April 24, 2019 planning session, the Township Board of Directors approved an expanded scope of work for The Novak Consulting Group. In addition to the ongoing communications and community engagement programs, the scope now includes additional analysis on law enforcement options and operational needs if the community were to incorporate. This analysis will be used for future service determinations and in the finalizing costs for the financial model. The Incorporation Planning Study is slated to continue through 2020. At this time, no incorporation election has been called and the study is ongoing. For more information on the Incorporation Planning Study, please visit www.thewoodlandsincorporationstudy.com.
