Administration

Communications

Covenant Administration

The Covenant Administration Department helps preserve community character by enforcing deed restrictions, reviewing property improvement requests, and supporting the RDRCs and Development Standards Committee.

Fire Department

The Woodlands Fire Department (TWFD) provides emergency response, fire protection, and public safety services with a top-tier ISO Rating of 1—the highest possible. The department also supports fire prevention and community education efforts.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Department supports Township operations by managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and compliance, fostering a professional work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

The Transportation Department manages The Woodlands Express Park and Ride service and Town Center Trolley, working to provide safe, reliable, and convenient public transit options for residents, commuters, and visitors.
