The Woodlands Township is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a consistent level of vending machine services for healthy snacks and drinks at reasonable prices to the employees of The Woodlands Township and at some locations, to Township patrons and visitors. The selected supplier(s) will furnish full service vending by providing the equipment, products and services required for a complete full-service vending operation.
There is a mandatory facility inspection requirement. Proposers are required to visit each Township facility and inspect the specific locations for the vending machines. Proposers must schedule each site visit in advance with the facility contact person. Inspections must be conducted on or before March 5, 2018.
