October 24, 2020, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ The Woodlands Township
The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Watch will host a National Prescription Drug Take Back Day location at The Woodlands Township Town Hall front parking lot to collect unwanted medications for safe disposal by the DEA. The public will drive up to the drop-off location, stay in their vehicle and drop their own medications out their window into the box. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) assisted by The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will be there to collect, monitor and add empty boxes for this Drive-up/Drop-off event. The DEA cannot accept needles or sharps at this event. This is a free and anonymous service; medications will only be accepted during the event hours and may not be dropped off before or after the event. Due to COVID-19, this is one of only a small number of locations in the Houston area this time.
