The Woodlands Township hosted two signature environmental events this season, the 50th Annual Arbor Day Tree Giveaway and the 12th Annual Community Tree Planting, distributing and planting thousands of native trees to strengthen reforestation efforts throughout the community.

Popcorn in the Park

March 12, 2026

Join us for this community event in Bantam Woods Park. This is an opportunity for all residents to meet their local fire and law enforcement officers. We will also offer tours of emergency vehicles. Residents can discuss concerns, address neighborhood issues and help deter criminal activity in our parks and surrounding areas.

Residential Design Review Committee Meetings

Each village in The Woodlands has a volunteer Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC) of at least three elected members who serve one-year terms and represent residents in the design approval process. Today's meetings scheduled: Panther Creek 4 p.m., Grogan’s Mill 5 p.m., Alden Bridge 5 p.m., College Park 6 p.m.
