The Woodlands Township Resident Care Center (RCC) is your first point of contact for assistance, information, and service requests. Often referred to as our call center, this team works directly with every Township department to help answer your questions and connect you with the right resources—whether it’s a Township service or an external agency.

The Resident Care Center can also assist you in submitting service requests through our 311 system, ensuring your concerns are directed to the appropriate team quickly and efficiently.
