Director, Adam Lamb
Adam Lamb brings a bold, faith-driven entrepreneurial spirit and deep community engagement to his role as a Director on The Woodlands Township Board. A resident of Panther Creek for over eight years, Adam lives near Northshore Park with his wife Michelle and their two children—Michael, a senior at College Park High School, and Madeleine, a seventh grader at Knox Junior High.
Originally from a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, Adam has built a diverse professional career as a serial entrepreneur, advisor and consultant—primarily serving medical professionals and business owners nationwide. He is currently a shareholder in multiple companies and leads a national consulting and coaching platform focused on healthcare business transformation.
Adam is known for his direct, mission-centered leadership style—asking thoughtful questions, staying curious, and relentlessly pursuing better solutions. Grounded in faith, he draws daily inspiration from Matthew 6:33 and Isaiah 6:8, living by the quote: “Obsessed with finding a better way.”
A proud and active member of The Woodlands Church, Adam volunteers in the youth ministry and hosts a thriving couples’ Bible study alongside his wife. His community involvement also includes serving as a Toolbox Ministries host partner, a member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce, and participant in Quest Bible Study. Adam also leads a nationwide executive ministry called Revival Executives and facilitates a weekly faith-and-leadership group called The One Percent Bible Study.
Adam’s passion for serving The Woodlands is rooted in gratitude and conviction. He stepped into the 2025 election as a calling, not a career move, believing God was equipping him to lead—and that vision was affirmed by the overwhelming support of neighbors, volunteers and voters. As a Township Director, Adam is committed to protecting what makes The Woodlands special while ushering in innovative, community-first solutions that preserve its values and future.
