Permitting

The Woodlands Township requires permits for most exterior home projects, including fence replacements, exterior updates, pools, patios, and tree removal, to ensure compliance with Covenants and Standards. The Township also issues permits for short-term rentals, special events, and applications to film on Township property. Permitting maintains community standards and protect property values.
