The Woodlands Commercial Planning and Design Standards help ensure that all commercial development aligns with the community’s design philosophy and preserves its unique character. These standards apply to all commercial properties and cover building design, signage, landscaping, lighting, parking, and more. All exterior improvements must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate Plan Review Committee before construction begins.
