Litter Collection & Audits
Become a citizen scientist! The Keep Texas Beautiful Texas Litter Database Project is focused on cleanups and audits of items collected – trash, litter, etc. The results are reported into the database to inform more targeted messaging to help reduce the litter problem. If your group or family is interested in conducting a guided litter audit, or learning how to conduct one independently, please email the Township Environmental Services office to set up a time and location. The Woodlands Township provides all necessary equipment to conduct an audit.
