311 Report-a-Concern
The Woodlands 311 Report a Concern service allows residents to report a variety of non-emergency concerns, such as park or pathway maintenance, graffiti, drainage issues and potential code violations.
There are four ways for community members to report a concern to The Woodlands Township:
- Call The Woodlands Township Resident Care Center at 281-210-3800 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- For assistance after hours with urgent service matters other than emergencies, please call 281-210-3800 and press nine (9). Any time during the automated announcement, press nine (9) again to be connected to the After Hours Supervisor.
- Submit your concern online through TheWoodlands311 service request system. Registration is not required.
- Download TheWoodlands311 app on your mobile device at Google Playstore or Apple App Store.
The Woodlands311 App provides enhanced service request capabilities and expedited request processing. The 311 app provides residents with the ability to report concerns in the community, such as downed or unhealthy trees, streetscape maintenance issues, concerns about lakes and ponds, directional signage maintenance requests and more. The new 311 Service Request system is directly linked to The Township's work order system, expediting request processing.

Please note: Streetlight maintenance is not managed by The Woodlands Township. To report an outage, please contact the appropriate utility provider—Entergy or CenterPoint Energy—depending on your service area. Providers offer online reporting tools using the pole number or nearby address.
