Community Revitalization Program

The goal of the Community Revitalization Program is to maintain healthy vibrant neighborhoods, as well as provide assistance for property maintenance to those who qualify, in conjunction with Interfaith of The Woodlands.

The Community Revitalization Program works with Township residents in several ways.

  • It provides services to those who qualify for assistance in conjunction with Interfaith of The Woodlands. Residents who are unable to maintain their properties as is required by the Covenants and Standards for reasons such as health or financial difficulties, may qualify for assistance through Interfaith of The Woodlands. Inquiries regarding assistance need to be directed to the Covenant Administration Department of The Woodlands Township.
  • The Covenant Administration Department also provides for property maintenance for vacant and/or foreclosed properties within The Woodlands Township boundaries. Properties will be maintained, as allowed, by way of established processes and procedures. This would include proper notification by way of violation notices and through litigation, which would allow entry onto properties to provide these services.
