Our New Emergency Alert System Is Now Live

The Woodlands Township’s new alert system is now live, allowing us to send emergency and priority notifications by text, email, and voice call. Subscribing is important to ensure you receive alerts.

The system is secure, and your information will never be shared. In addition to basic contact details, you may also add additional phone numbers or email addresses for family members, ensuring everyone in your household stays informed. Township Alerts is used only for emergency and priority notifications. If you’d like to receive Township news, newsletters, event announcements, and more, please sign up for our general email lists here.

Please note: If you signed up for Township alerts before July 15, 2025, your email—and in some cases, your phone number—was transferred to the new system. You will continue to receive emergency notifications at those contact points. However, to add or update your information, you must register for an account. We strongly encourage all users to do so.
