A Public Hearing on the 2026 Proposed Tax Rate will be held on September 3, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, TX 77381. A tax rate of $0.1694 per $100 valuation has been proposed.
The preliminary budget is now available for public viewing in accordance with the posting requirements of HB1522.
The Woodlands Township Board of Directors are elected at-large by residents to serve two-year terms. The Township contracts with Harris County and Montgomery County to conduct the election and to use the regular County polling locations for the election.
