Sunset Cinema returns with a special outdoor screening of A Bug’s Life on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Northshore Park. Guests are invited to bring blankets, lawn chairs and coolers to enjoy an evening of family entertainment beneath the stars. Please note that glass containers are not permitted. The event will feature complimentary popcorn, engaging children’s activities provided by community partners prior to the movie, and a variety of food trucks offering delicious options for purchase. This free, family-friendly evening provides the perfect opportunity to relax, connect with neighbors and enjoy a beloved film in a welcoming outdoor setting.
Parking is available at Northshore Park, with additional overflow parking at Keller Williams Realty (2201 Lake Woodlands Dr.) and 9669 Grogan’s Mill Road. Both overflow locations connect to nearby pathways for a short and convenient walk to the park. Parking along Lake Woodlands Dr. and at businesses along Lake Front Circle is discouraged. Vehicles may receive citations or be towed at owner's expense.
