The Woodlands Township ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEARโS TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.79 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY BY $-1.80.

The Woodlands Township invites the community to Meet the Fleet, a family-friendly event where residents can get an up-close look at the vehicles and equipment that help keep the community safe and running smoothly. Children can climb aboard fire engines, explore public works trucks and meet the professionals who operate them. In addition to the vehicle displays, Meet the Fleet will also feature children’s activities, live demonstrations, concessions and much more.
This hands-on experience offers a fun and educational way to learn about essential township services while enjoying a day of discovery for all ages.
