Updated documents were provided to the Board for consideration. The Board unanimously approved the First Amendment to the Service Agreement for Transportation Facilities Janitorial Services with GIA Cleaning (C-2023-0266A1) and authorized the execution of necessary documents, subject to final review by Township legal counsel.
