Star-Spangled Salute at The Pavilion (Sunday, July 3)
On Sunday, July 3, 2016, ignite your patriotic spirit at the annual
Star-Spangled Salute free concert at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion which features the Houston Symphony performing a selection of patriotic favorites.
Fourth of July Parade
Put on your red, white and blue and get a prime viewing spot for the exciting
South County Fourth of July Parade. The 1.3-mile parade around The Woodlands features marching bands, fire engines, clowns, floats and more!
Note: Roads will be closed during the parade; please view the route map for details.
Splash Day
Cool off at one of the Township's
community pools and enjoy free activities and refreshments. All community pools will be free to residents from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
"Things That Go" Bike Parade and Concert in the Park
Families are invited to parade their patriotically-decorated bike around
Northshore Park. Decorating will take place between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m. Materials will be provided, or you can bring your own. The parade and judging will begin at 5:!5 p.m. Be sure to pack a picnic and bring lawn chairs for an evening of great music at Concert in the Park by The Spicolis, beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Live Music at Hughes Landing
Experience The Woodlands’ newest mixed-use development at Hughes Landing with a free concert by Sawdust Road along Restaurant Row beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Red, Hot & Blue Festival and Fireworks Extravaganza
Celebrate freedom in The Woodlands with vendor booths*, great food, children’s activities** and entertainment on multiple stages at Town Green Park and Waterway Square from 6 to 10 p.m.! This community-wide celebration offers fun for all ages. Fourth of July Parade Awards at 7 p.m.
Festival activities include H-E-B Eating Contests, strolling entertainers, face painters, balloon artists, inflatables sponsored by Kevin Brady for Congress and a Kids' Zone sponsored by Wells Fargo featuring crafts and other family-fun games.
H-E-B EATING CONTESTS
Hot Dog Eating Contests at 6:30, 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m.
Watermelon Eating Contests at 6:45, 7:15, 7:45 and 8:15 p.m.
Participants may sign up for the Eating Contests at the HEB Tent located near the front of Town Green Park. Winners will be announced from the main stage at Town Green Park at approximately 8:50 p.m.
FIREWORKS AT APPROXIMATELY 9:30 P.M. Best viewing at Town Green Park and the west side of The Woodlands Waterway.

TEASER SHOTS - To ensure spectators have best fireworks visibility possible, fireworks teaser shots will be fired every ten minutes beginning at 9 p.m.
*All sales by ticket only. One ticket equals $1.00. Ticket booths will be located in both Festival locations. Retail/market vendors may accept cash.
