A Public Hearing on the 2026 Proposed Tax Rate will be held on September 3, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, TX 77381. A tax rate of $0.1694 per $100 valuation has been proposed.
The preliminary budget is now available for public viewing in accordance with the posting requirements of HB1522.
In observance of the holiday, all Township offices and both recreation centers will be closed December 24 through December 25.
There will be no trash or recycling pickup on Christmas Day. Thursday routes will be collected on Friday, and Friday routes will be collected on Saturday.
