Township officials continue to monitor winter weather conditions as the coldest temperatures are expected overnight, with lows dipping into the low twenties. Residents are encouraged to protect pipes overnight.
Waste Management will operate normal trash and recycling routes on Monday, January 26. Customers should place trash and recycling containers curbside tonight as scheduled. All other Township services and facilities will remain closed on Monday, January 26, including The Woodlands Express Bus service, which has suspended service routes. Township services and facilities are anticipated to resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 27. Park restrooms and drinking fountains may remain closed until overnight temperatures rise above freezing. While temperatures are expected to rise above freezing during the day Monday, another hard freeze is anticipated Monday night. Residents should continue to protect pipes overnight Monday.
