Resident Support

The Township’s Resident Support team, commonly known as the Resident Care Center (RCC), is your go-to source for accurate, up-to-date information about The Woodlands. This knowledgeable team works closely with every Township department to assist residents, operate the Township’s call center, and provide guidance during emergencies. Whether you need help with Township services or information from outside agencies, the RCC is here to help.

Emergency Preparedness

Residents of The Woodlands are encouraged to develop emergency preparedness plans for their families and neighbors. The Woodlands Township Neighborhood Services along with The Woodlands Fire Department can assist residents with these plans through its ReadyWoodlands annual event held in April each year, which provides information on how to be prepared for both natural and man-made emergencies.

Division Manager

Megan Meaux

Megan Meaux is the Neighborhood Services Manager for The Woodlands Township. She joined the department in 2025 after serving for several years as the Township’s Special Events Manager, where she planned and coordinated many of the community’s most popular events.

Megan brings a strong background in outreach, engagement and resident-focused programming.

The Program Specialists through Neighborhood Services are a single point of contact for residents and provide a link to answers. They will direct you to the correct resource, Township department or other entity/agency.

Additionally, Program Specialists represent The Woodlands Township at monthly Village Association meetings. They present pertinent information on Township events, timely relevant topics and serve as a two-way communication between the Associations, residents and the Township.
