Transportation

The Woodlands Township Transportation Department is committed to helping residents and visitors move safely, efficiently and comfortably throughout the community. We provide a range of transportation services and support functions that contribute to both local mobility and regional access.

In addition to transit services, the Transportation Department acts as a liaison between residents and utility providers. While The Woodlands Township doesn’t maintain water, electric, cable or internet lines, we coordinate with local and regional partners to help address concerns—especially when digging or construction occurs near residential property lines.
