The Village of College Park is one of the newest villages in The Woodlands, offering a mix of residential neighborhoods, parks, schools and easy access to shopping and medical facilities. Located along the northern edge of the community, College Park is home to the Harper’s Landing neighborhood and features a convenient location near I-45.

All Residential Design Review Committee Meetings take place at The Woodlands Township Town Hall at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Please use the Board Chambers, Public Meeting Rooms entrance.
