Environmental Services

Environmental Services is committed to promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship throughout our community. One of our most important services is overseeing trash and recycling collection, which is provided as a courtesy to residents through a contract with Waste Management. This includes curbside collection of household waste, recyclables, yard trimmings and bulky items, all designed to make waste disposal simple, responsible and environmentally sound.

In addition, we offer a variety of programs and initiatives that help protect the natural beauty and health of The Woodlands. From waste reduction and litter prevention to water conservation, mosquito education and forest preservation, we empower residents to make eco-friendly choices and contribute to a greener, more sustainable future.
