Swim Teams

The Woodlands is home to several neighborhood-based swim teams that offer youth swimmers the chance to build skills, stay active, and compete in a fun, team-oriented environment. Teams typically practice at Township pools and participate in local meets throughout the summer season. For more information, including registration and team contacts, please visit the individual swim team websites.

The Woodlands Swim Teams are operated by The Woodlands Parks and Recreation Department. Our teams proudly compete in the Northwest Aquatic League (NWAL) and the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation (TAAF). We provide a fun, supportive and competitive environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels, helping each athlete grow both in and out of the water.
